Maxxis International Co.,Ltd Unveils Innovative Reusable Adventure Tire

The Maxxventure MT Adventure tire stands out with its unique cubic design tire tread. This design extends the service mileage of the front wheel to twice that of the rear wheel, allowing the used front wheel to be installed as trailer tires. The tire is expected to drive for an extra 5000km, providing a better loading capacity than other trailer tires.

The tire is realized through a new cube design tire tread and sleeve wire twining technique, enhancing performance and stability. The design aspect focuses on co-utility, reusing the tire which is about to be disposed of, extending the tire's lifespan, and providing better loading capacity.

The adventure tire measures 800mm x 850mm x700 mm, suitable for both adventure and trailer use. The tire's design and functionality cater to the needs of adventure, on-off road, and loading capacity.

The tire's design was a collaborative effort, with KAN MING HAN playing a significant role in its development. The tire's design and functionality were conceptualized in 2022, with the goal of creating a reusable, eco-friendly tire. The used front wheels can be installed as trailer tires, expected to drive for an extra 5000km, with more loading capacity than other trailer tires.

The development of the Maxxventure MT Adventure tire faced challenges, particularly with the previous adventure tire design's lack of cushion due to the stiffness of the steel wire. The development needed to engage a new technique of steel wire twining to have a better connection of the metal sleeve and rubber surface, improving comfort. The tire tread is beneficial in preventing the tire from cracking during driving.

The Maxxventure MT Adventure tire's innovative design and functionality earned it the Silver A' Vehicle Parts, Auto Accessories and Care Products Design Award in 2023. The award recognizes top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation. These designs, admired for their strong technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill, showcase a remarkable level of excellence and introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
